The ultimate candle accessory to get the most out of your candles. Dipping the candle wick eliminates smouldering and at the same time primes the wick for the next burn. Once flame is extinguished using the candle snuffer simply dip the wick into liquid wax, lift and centre. Don't forget to trim prior to relighting.

    Scentsations FAQ

    1. Are your jars reusable?

Yes, time to get creative. Clean the jar by using hot soapy water. Please remember not to pour the liquid wax down your drain as this can clog your sink.

    2. Why soy wax?

There are many reasons why we use soy wax, here are just a few… some of which include its status as environmentally friendly; all natural; sustainability sourced; longer burn times and greater fragrance throw.

    3. Can I get custom candles?

Yes, we offer a range of options from the jar to the scent. Contact us for further information.

    4. How long should you leave a candle burning?

We suggest burning a candle for no longer than 4 hours. Once cooled ensure to trim the wick before relighting as untrimmed wicks will cause smoke and darken the inside of your glass.

    5. My candle is tunnelling?

We test and trial to eliminate this problem however just ensure you burn your candle until the whole top layer is liquid wax before blowing out.

    6. Do you offer subscription boxes?

We look forward to offering subscription boxes in the future, follow us on our socials or sign up to newsletter for the news.
