Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to "in-stock" products on our website. Shipping terms for special orders or bulk purchase will be discussed at time of ordering.
  • Scentsations by Eastec is based in Rosemeadow NSW. All orders are despatched from our NSW workshop.
  • Please note that we delivery within Australia only
  • We will usually ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your payment. We do not ship on Weekends or Public Holidays.
  • Your tracking number will be updated as soon as the parcel is despatched. 
  • Your order will usually take between 1 to 10 working days to arrive.
  • Your order may arrive earlier or later depending on the volume of orders currently being handled by the Courier

Returns Policy

If your order is lost, damaged or something isn't right please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy for you to contact us on Facebook, Instagram or any other method you can.

Damaged Items

If the item is received broken or damaged, you may need to to provide evidence of the damage for us to review. Depending on what’s happened we will notify you via email of the next steps, whether it’s an option to replace the items, refund or reject the claim.

Lost Items

First review our shipping policy above to make sure that your shipment is indeed lost. Please allow the appropriate amount of time before expecting your order. Shipments that have been verified by the courier as lost Items will be replaced by shipment from our warehouse.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately we do not typically offer change of mind refunds....but we are committed to customer satisfaction so if you have any concerns we would love to hear from you to see if we can help out.
